The hotel was like no other. He offered site recommendations well before our arrival. He was extremely flexible, very understanding, and above all else, treated his guests with the utmost respect and the greatest tenets of humanity. Knowing there are multiple properties under him, I am definitely going to search them out first. I could truly have not worked with a much better host!!! Great, quiet location walking distance to the Shibuya JR line. Many great restaurants in the area or a quick trip on the JR. The hotel was a great host, quick to reply to all communication, and provided some great restaurant recommendations and local knowledge.

Such an amazing host and made this an incredibly memorable stay. Location was fantastic and the room was great. Highly recommended to anyone looking to stay in Shibuya.
